When you buy a book we record the titles in your order, the amount paid, and the email address you give at checkout so we can send your receipt and help you if a download fails. If you write to us through the contact form we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and never reach this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to deliver your purchase, answer your questions, and keep the records we are required to keep. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable time.
