Instant access, limited returns

Because every title is delivered immediately as a downloadable file, a purchase cannot be returned the way a printed book can once it has been downloaded.

When we do refund

• The file will not download or open and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged twice, or bought the same title twice by accident.
• You bought the wrong sign and have not downloaded the file — we will swap it or refund it.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact page within 14 days of your purchase, using the email address you used at checkout, and tell us what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
